EULA - End User License Agreement

CYDRIX SOLUTIONS ® END USER SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT: You should carefully read this legal agreement
before installing this package. By installing RoboForm Companion
you accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement
and agree to abide by them. If these terms and conditions are
not acceptable to you, do NOT continue to install this software.

ROBOFORM COMPANION LICENSE TERMS

Cydrix Solutions ® ("Cydrix") grants you ("Customer") a license
to use RoboForm Companion and its documentation ("Program")
as indicated below.

LICENSE FOR FREE TRIAL VERSION:
All customers can use the program for free for the Trial Period
of Thirty (30) days which are counted since the date of
the first installation of the program on customer`s computer.

Non-Profit Customer is defined as a customer who uses RoboForm
Companion in non-commercial environment for non-profit activity.
All users who use RoboForm Companion in a business, government,
military, or religious institution are *not* Non-Profit Users.
Users in universities and high schools are classified
as non-profit users even if a school or university
is owned and operated by a government.

Users who do not qualify as Non-Profit users
must purchase RoboForm Companion once the Trial period
ends or uninstall the program.

LICENSED VERSION:
User who purchased a license for RoboForm Companion is
allowed to use RoboForm Companion on a single computer only.

If a user has several computers, he/she shall purchase
one RoboForm Companion license for each computer that he has.
If several licenses are purchased in one transaction
then variable discount will be made available to the user.

NOT ALLOWED: Customer shall not:
(a) remove any product identification, copyright notices, or
other notices or proprietary restrictions from Program;
(b) use Program for commercial timesharing, rental, or
service bureau use;
(c) cause or permit reverse engineering,
disassembly, or decompilation of Program.

COPYRIGHT/OWNERSHIP OF PROGRAM: Program is the proprietary
product of Cydrix Solutions and its licensors and is protected
by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Customer acquires only the right to use Program and does not
acquire any rights, express or implied, in Program or media
containing Program other than those specified in this License.

Cydrix Solutions, or its licensor, shall at all times retain
all rights, title, interest, including intellectual property
rights, in Program and media.

NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND: Cydrix Solutions does not provide
warranties of any kind with regards to the Program.

Cydrix Solutions does NOT warrant that Program will meet Customer
requirements, that Program will operate in combinations Customer
may select for use, operation of Program will be uninterrupted
or error-free, or all Program errors will be corrected.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: NEITHER CYDRIX SOLUTIONS
NOR ANY OF ITS LICENSORS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE,
DATA OR DATA USE, INCURRED BY CUSTOMER OR ANY
THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT OR
TORT, EVEN IF CYDRIX SOLUTIONS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF
THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Example: if AI RoboForm OR RoboForm Companion makes a mistake in
filling out the form and then you push a "Submit" button on
this form and this results in a financial transaction that
causes monetary or other loss to you, Cydrix Solution
shall NOT be held liable for this loss.

You MUST check all the forms filled out by AI RoboForm AND
RoboForm Companion BEFORE hitting the "Submit" or similar
button to ENSURE that forms are filled out correctly.

Siber Systems acknowledges all trademarks found in this license.
RoboForm Companion ® is a trademark by Cydrix Solutions.
Cydrix Solutions acknowledges all trademarks found in this license,
in the software package, and in the documentation.

RESTRICTED RIGHTS: Program delivered to the U.S. Defense Dept.
are delivered with Restricted Rights and the following applies:
"Restricted Rights Legend: Use, duplication or disclosure by the
Government is subject to restrictions as currently set forth in
subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) the Rights in Technical Data and Computer
Software clause at 252.227-7013 (or any successor regulation).

Program delivered to a U.S. Government Agency not within
the Defense, Dept. are delivered with "Restricted Rights" as
defined in Commercial Computer Software - Restricted Rights
at FAR 52.227-19.

Customer shall comply fully with all laws and regulations of
the United States and other countries (Export Laws) to assure
that neither the Program, nor any direct products thereof are
(1) exported, directly or indirectly, in violation of Export Laws,
or (2) are used for any purpose prohibited by Export Laws,
including, without limitation, nuclear, chemical, or
biological weapons proliferation.

This License and all related actions shall be governed
by Virginia law.
ROBOFORM COMPANION PRIVACY POLICY

PERSONAL DATA.
All data that you enter into RoboForm Companion
is stored *locally* on your computer. It is NOT stored
on any external server.

RoboForm Companion does NOT cause any data that is contained in
Identities and Passcards to be transmitted over Internet.
That is, RoboForm Companion is NOT a spyware.

NO MONITORING.
RoboForm Companion does NOT send information about sites
that you visit or any information about your browsing to
any servers.
That is, RoboForm Companion is NOT a spyware.

REGISTRATION DATA.
When you run RoboForm Companion for the first time, it will show
Registration Dialogue that requests a serial key. If you have
one or not, your hard disk serial number is sent to
Cydrix Solution server. It is your unique number associated to
your computer and permit to minimize hack/crack possibilities and
to monitor usage for each serial. All informations are confidential
and will never be sold to a third party.

AUTO UPDATE.
RoboForm Companion checks Cydrix Solutions web site
www.cydrix.com for its new version when it start.
If it finds a version that is newer than the version
that you have, RoboForm Companion will offer you to upgrade.
No data is sent during this process exept your current version.
